These days it has become quite popular to join different cults giving high promises of spiritual ecstasy and divine intoxication. Sufi sects are common among Ahl al-Sunnah but recently deviant cults have also emerged within Shia, which don’t bear the name of Sufi but rather irfan. One of these cults which has been kept under observation by various righteous Ulema was publicly exposed on Thursday 27th August 2009 by senior Sheikh Hujjatul Islam Shaykh Usama Abdulghani in a fiery lecture at Stanmore Hujjat Islamic Centre in London. Ayatollah al-Udhma Seestani(HA) also took a stance...

Khalif upon earth

Posted by Ehsan on 17 Dec 2004 at 1:46 in Spirituality | 0 comments

The question arises when we see such pure men and their miracles, how they are able to do all these “supernatural” things? The question arises when we see such pure men and their miracles, how they are able to do all these “supernatural” things? This Question is answer by the Quran itself: And when your Lord said to the angels, I am going to place in the earth a khalif…(2:30) A Khalif means basically that you are a king upon earth sent from the King of kings (Allah(SWT)). As the Nature and everything created is under the rule of the King of Kings –...

The soul and consciousness

Posted by Ehsan on 24 Sep 2004 at 1:50 in Philosophy | 0 comments

Can there be a heart beat without a heart or blood one may ask. What is a word if there is no meaning ? Can the Shape of a Body Function without internal parts, organs etc ? Allah has Created all things in pairs. He created one thing without cause, but which leads to cause of creation of another. The preceding thought is the cause of another creation. For example the though of satisfying ones hunger before eating, thought of quenching ones thought before drinking. Without the intention to do something, you won’t do anything ! Can you walk without having the intention to do such...

The soul

Posted by Ehsan on 23 Sep 2004 at 1:52 in Philosophy | 0 comments

The soul is of divine Character while the body is more “wordly”. Ponder upon this couplet by Hafez, I do not know who is inside this weary-hearted breast, For though I am silent, He is in uproar and tumult. What is Hafez refering to here ? In the Creation of Adam (A) many Gems of Knowledge are there for the Seekers whose tool is Contemplation. Now read this verse, and then once again ponder upon the couplet (few are those who think – Quran), ‘Have breathed into him (man) of My spirit’ (xv:29); The Soul Lives in the Body, it is its abode, or prison if you...

The Problem of “Evil”

Posted by Ehsan on 8 Jul 2004 at 1:38 in Philosophy | 0 comments

In the Name of God the Beneficent the Merciful The Problem of ”Evil” The problem of ”Evil” and God’s justice is something that has been discussed by our philosophers and mystics (‘Urefa) through many centuries. Even long before the three big monotheistic religions emerge this was discussed by the ancient Greeks. This is a problem which is not simple to grasp, but through some contemplation reality can be reached. Otherwise one needs to acknowledge ones weakness and honestly pray to the Merciful, O God! Increase my knowledge! (20:114) We shall by the help of God try to take a...

Prophet Musa(A) and Prophet Yunus(A)

Posted by Ehsan on 6 Jun 2004 at 1:54 in Philosophy | 0 comments

Prophet Musa(A): The man who was killed was first of all an oppressor and according to Sharia law he deserved death punnishment. The tribe of Israil (Bani Israil) where oppressed by the Egyptian tribes, I’ll draw the similude of Palestine and Zionists. Such was the case, and one day one of them oppressed one of the innocent Bani Israel (like the Zionists to Palestine), and Prophet Musa(A) who is a freedom fighter and strives for justice, tried to stop him but when he didn’t obey, he hit him in the chest to make him back off. However the power of Prophet Musa(A) was so strong (Some...

The sincere heart

In the Name of the Love of the Sincere Hearts Suppose my dear that the Prophet(S), whose truthfulness can not be denied by the deniers, where to say; “In the hereafter, it makes no difference if you spent all your lifetime swimming in an ocean of wicked sins, drowning yourself in satisfying your base desires and do whatever pleased you, or if you spent it in timeless hours of intense worship, with tears of mercy sparkling your face, shining your very essence with the beauty of repentance and worship for Allah, you will still reach the Gardens of Paradise, whatever road you chose to walk....

About Irfani poems

(A response to the poem “Undress“) People interpret according to their heart, some interpretted it as sex, that I tell a woman undress and let me see (your naked body). However where in the poem did I mention any woman, or any femal charactics or any of the kind ? Here is are 2 passages from Light Within Me, the part by Imam Khomeini(RA); The real objective is to awaken our conscience so that we may be able to reach the veils of divine light after crossing the veils of darkness. According to a tradition there are 70,000 veils of divine light. The number of the veils of darkness is...

A Beautiful Story about Marrige

Posted by Ehsan on 13 Mar 2003 at 1:44 in Spirituality | 0 comments

There was once upon a time a man who was walking through gardens. He became hungry and saw an apple tree, so he took one and started to eat. Suddenly an old man came forth and said, “Hey!, those apples belong to someone…you are not allowed to eat from them !” The man became terrified at what he had done, and asked the old man to show him to the door of the owner. He got the description to find the owners house, went there and knocked. The owner opened the door and asked, “Whats up?” The man started narrating the story, and that he accedently had taken some bites...

The message of Karbala

Posted by Ehsan on 13 Mar 2003 at 1:13 in Jihad | 0 comments

There is a saying I’m quite sure my wise sister and brother is aware about….Every Day is Ashura, Every Land is Karbala. For some this might mean that one should have azaa everyday for Imam Hussein (A). We also have the 10 days of Muharram which we have these mournings and remembrance of Imam Hussein (A). I don’t know what you belive, but personally to me the 10 days of Muharram and the saying above means to live up to Imam Hussein’s (A) Message. Do you think he will be happy in the highest place of Jenna, watching us hit and wail for what has happened….when we...

Real love

Posted by Ehsan on 7 Mar 2003 at 1:16 in Spirituality | 0 comments

(About the poem “My Princess“) Let me say this, this expression of my love within is not about my Love to Allah in that way you think. This is about my princess, simple…however its meaning is deeper then you think… My words does not go against neither Sunna, Fatwa or Quran. I did not trivilise any fatwa…how can I do such ? How can you run when you can’t walk ? And how can you walk when you can’t stand ? The Sharia is the strengh in the ribs which will make you stand… Now regarding the Rank of the Lovers, let me post these 3 Hadith for you, from...

Who am I?

Posted by Ehsan on 7 Mar 2003 at 1:15 in Spirituality | 0 comments

As I have said I am not a poet and I am no sufi. The difference between a sufi and a follower of The Prophet (S) and his pure household (A) is that a sufi, in order to experience this love and ecstacy, uses methods outside sharia and human law, such as abusing ones body while the way to reach these love feelings as taught by the Prophet (S) and his Household (A) is through dhikr (remembrance) such as reading Duas, Quran etc…personally the only difference for me now when I discovered how to Love Allah and before when I didn’t is no difference in the way of worship actually, just in...

The oppression is not over

Posted by Ehsan on 14 Nov 2002 at 1:09 in Jihad | 0 comments

We call ourselfs shia of Ali….yet we do not act as that. The shia of Ali dont find rest until the Ummah of Muhammad pbuh finds rest. The shia of Ali have been oppressed through ages for speaking up against oppression. Where are the shia of Ali…..where are persons like Malek e Ashtar…who when the enemies heard his name, ran away from the battlefield? Where is the tongue of Abu Dhar ? Where are the shia of Ali ? The oppression in Palestine is going on, day by day, and all we do is play table tennis or roll our thumbs. What will we do when our beloved Saviour (as) returns? If...
