The time has come. I have been blogging since 2004 in Swedish. Last year on birthday anniversary of Imam Ali(A) the 13:th Rajab 2008 I started this new fresh blog which I’m quite satisfied with. There was one dilemma though. Should I write in English or Swedish?
I had already written numerous posts on ShiaChat and other Islamic forums in English. But at the same time I saw a huge need to build up the Swedish community since Islamic information in Sweden was lacking and there where generally not many Swedish Muslim bloggers around. So I dedicated my writings for my own community.
A couple of days ago out the dilemma of English blogging once again popped up in my mind. I weighted the pros and cons and discussed some with my near and dear ones. The response was very positive but something was holding me back.
But today, the 21:st of the holy month of Ramadan, on the martyrdom of Imam Ali(A) and the nights of Laylat al-Qadr as well as a Friday, I suddenly felt an extreme urge to start writing in English as well. Be sure to read the “About” page to get a better understanding of the purpose of the blog.
SobhanAllah, I now realize: the blog started on his(A) birthday and took a new turn on his(A) martyrdom! Who is the man?!

Svenska i Sverige såklart, vad annars?!
It is amazing how time has passed and things have changed. However the only thing that has remained the same is the struggle of the Shiat of Imam Ali. Inshallah this will open a greater audiance to view, discuss, and create a better understanding of the world we live in. As many have said live like Imam Ali Die like Imam Hussein.
