Undress

What I seek lays in the breeze of tornado
enchanted by your vivid motion
lips twinned together…tasting unseen wonders
settle the desert storm, blindfolding your way
ride the wind of Salomon to arrive at Heavens bay

this passion arouse me to a wave on your ocean
dropping my heart in your pond….slowly circles spread abroad
reed whisper to spirits…..feel this love ode
I sing words of Moses unto the sea
arise, embrace……wash me in thee

the ember of amour
ablaze by your fire
my flame burns wood
fused with the glow of Abraham
melts me in your arms

undress, let me see you
this foreplay drives me crazy
the beauty of your rose
excites me
let me enter your nectar
taste your honey
I am ready
Seat yourself on the throne of my dome
Let me pass away in ecstasy !

  1. This is so beautiful and mysterious in its own ways, I love it.

  2. @Fatima: I’m glad you liked it. It created a tumult on ShiaChat back in the days due to very superficial (and thus twisted) interpretation of some. I was compelled to mail the office of Imam Khamenei to ask if the poem was ok or not, sobhanAllah. :)

  3. ah yes, I love irfani poems. I have written a couple. Yet you question how daring they are. Sometimes bliss is dangerous
